About Us

Seibel Real Estate & Auction Service, Inc. was purchased in 1984 by Lyle K. Leppke from the late C.H. "Bud" Seibel and has been an established real estate and auction company serving Marion County and the surrounding area since 1940.  The name has been changed to Leppke Realty & Auction, Inc., but the same friendly faces still remain. 

With proven years of dependable, trustworthy service, we have earned a reputation we are proud of and gained the experience you can rely on.
